The first time you have an anxiety attack you may confuse it with a heart attack or worse.

Some of the symptoms are as follows.

#1. Chest Pain
#2. palpitations
#3. Feeling sick
#4. Shaking

These symptoms themselves are the same as what you may expect when having a heat attack.

So how do you know this is not a heart attack?
The main difference is that the symptoms pass really quickly. usually wqithin a few minutes. this is a clear indication you are having an anxiety attack.

The other indication is that a warning usually precedes it. A feeling of dread or panic that somethnig bad is about to happen and this is a clear sign you are having an anxiety attack rather than a heat attack.

If you suffer these symptoms you need to see a doctor and ensure it is that then look for natural treatments for anxiety attacks to stop them.

Agoraphobia What is it?

Agoraphobia is an anxiety disorder or fear. People who suffer agoraphobia experience extreme anxiety in public and strange places such as airports and shopping malls. Sufferers can be confined to their own home because of the overwhelming fear that goes with this.

It is thought to be linked to stress and other anxiety disorders.

People who live with agoraphobia suffer from repeated panic attack. The majority of sufferers are women and the onset is usually early in adult life. In these three scenarios the person has been overwhelmed by fear.

People remain in a painful state of anxious anticipation. Some become restricted or housebound.

Agoraphobia arises from an internal anxiety process that has become so intense that the suffering individual fears going anywhere or doing anything where these feelings of panic or feeling ‘out of control’ have repeatedly occurred before.

This sets up a feedback condition which leads to increased numbers of panic attacks and, for some people, an increase in the situations or events which can produce panicky feelings. Others experience fearful feelings continuously, more a feeling of overall discomfort, rather than panic. Agoraphobia is both a severe anxiety reaction and a phobia reaction, as well as a pattern of avoidant behavior.

There are several treatments for agoraphobia.

1. Medication. Used to cope with anxiety. Medication can help alleviate the symptoms of panic attacks.

2. Self Help. As an alternative to professional therapy, many online programs are available to sufferers of agoraphobia to help the sufferer learn about the condition, and give the proper tools to deal with panic and anxiety attacks and agoraphobia.

Once an individual has a panic attack then they are faced with a new fear on top of the old one, they now also have the horror of having an attack when faced with that situation that they are already scared of.

Stress is another common cause of panic disorder and when someone is faced with an overwhelming loss such as a loss of a job, their home being foreclosed or other sresssful matters such as divorce.

Another reason for panic attacks are conditions like depression.

The mind sadly is not always able to handle this and this is why these panic attack causes make people suffer from these episodes.

The good news is that even though it is difficult to change the way your intellect is working, it is possible and you can overcome your fears and your panic episodes and treat severe panic attacks and it is possible to beging vuring your panic attacks.

I know that you don’t want to suffer with your panic fits any longer, so take action today and get an anxiety cure for good and put a stop to these attacks right away.
